Amy Carr, DVM
Diplomate, American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care
Dr. Carr is the managing partner at CVS’ Murrieta facility where she also oversees emergency and critical care services. She obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota in 1988 and has practiced emergency medicine exclusively since then. Dr. Carr became a Diplomate of the American College of Emergency and Critical Care in 1999. She has since served the College on the Residency Training Committee and is currently a regent. Before becoming a partner at CVS, Dr. Carr was the director of the Emergency Pet Clinic in Temecula from 1992 to 2000. She is a consultant in emergency and critical care for the Veterinary Information Network. Dr. Carr serves as the director for CVS’ internship and residency programs.
